Fan Table Applications for Star Wars Celebration are Now Open!

There will be a limited number of fan club tables available at Celebration Anaheim for unofficial, regional, and international fan clubs as well as similar fan organizations. These tables will allow clubs to promote their organizations to other Star Wars fans from around the world and to act as a central location for all of their club activities.

Fan clubs that qualify will be supplied with one (1) approximately 8-foot table, two chairs, one standard electrical outlet, and a space approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep at no cost to them. Clubs will also receive four exhibitor badges at no cost to them. Clubs will be responsible for all costs associated with any additional booth furnishings and will be asked to make specific arrangements with the facility or the official show decorator for further utilities or other additional equipment at the current prevailing rate. The fan table locations are yet to be determined but will likely be part of the larger Star Wars Celebration Exhibit Hall.
Fan club tables must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group at all times during all hours that the Celebration Exhibit Hall is open. The hours that all fan tables need to be staffed for Celebration Anaheim 2020 are:

Friday

9:00am-7:00pm

Saturday

9:00am-7:00pm

Sunday

9:00am-7:00pm

Fan club tables are strictly for promoting fan club activities and outreach. No club will be allowed to sell merchandise or services from their table.

All free giveaways, printed materials, banners and signage created by fan clubs that are accepted to be part of Celebration 2020 must be approved by Star Wars Celebration in advance before printing and creation. Any fan club tables with unapproved giveaways or materials will not be allowed to set up. Applicants who are approved for a table will be sent a list of product guidelines along with their table confirmation letter.

The deadline to submit a Star Wars Celebration Fan Table application is on Friday, February 28th at 11:59 PM Pacific.

The Star Wars Celebration staff will respond to all fan table requests. All applicants will be notified of final decisions by March 13, 2020.
When completing your fan table application, please note that we look for the following:

  • Involvement and positive influence in the Star Wars fan community
  • Quality of involvement per fan club member, not simply quantity of members
  • Originality of club purpose; and exhibiting ideas and plans that will add to the Celebration experience for fans in attendance
